This is Dr. Nesbitt. Answer the phone please.
Dr. Nesbitt, answer the phone.
Dr. Nesbitt, answer the phone.
Thank you Dr. Nesbitt.
Thank you Dr. Nesbitt.
Who's on the phone?
Thank you Dr. Nesbitt.
Yes, I just removed 50 vials of blood
from my patient. Yes,
we're gambling today.
Yeah.
Dr. Nesbitt,
please get the deck of cards.
Dr. Nesbitt, get the deck of cards please.
Thank you, Dr. Nesbitt.
Dr. Nesbitt just brought me a deck of cards here.
A patient came in with neurological Lyme,
and we have removed 44 vials of blood.
Yes.
And then I thought, maybe it's kind of like gambling.
I'm gambling their blood away.
Yeah, so Dr. Nesbitt and I are going to play a little game really quick here.
Goldfish?
Yeah, Dr. Nesbitt's an expert at goldfish.
Is it called goldfish or goldfish?
Did I say goldfish, Dr. Nesbitt?
Dr. Nesbitt's looking at the cards here.
He's dealing the cards.
Yes, he's mixing them up very well.
Dr. Nesbitt, what would you like to play?
Goldfish?
Okay.
Ooh.
You're giving me an 8?
Oh, that's great, Dr. Nesbitt.
Dr. Nesbitt picked an 8.
That means what I'm going to do is I'm going to remove 8 more vials from the patient.
Nurse!
Nurse, get the patient back in here.
Nurse!
Yes, remove 8 more vials of blood.
I'm going to send it to another lab.
Huh?
We already moved 44 vials?
That's okay.
Okay, Dr. Nesbitt, is there another card you like? Should I hand you the card?
You want the cards? Okay, Dr. Nesbitt wants the cards here.
Dr. Nesbitt, you picked an ace. Dr. Nesbitt picked an ace. He did.
Dr. Nesbitt, why did you pick an ace? You want to remove all the blood from the patient.
But you're a surgeon. You know you can't do that.
But this is gambling. We're gambling with blood. Why not? Why not? Okay, an ace it is. Nurse, remove another 10 vials. Yes. Dr. Nesbitt, I am looking at some of the blood work as we speak here. Dr. Nesbitt. Dr. Nesbitt, you're not feeling well? Dr. Nesbitt, what's wrong? You're not feeling good? Why? Because you had your blood removed today?
You had 20 vials of blood removed?
Dr. Nesbitt?
Dr. Nesbitt?
Dr. Nesbitt?
Dr. Nesbitt, you look like you don't feel good.
You're starting to spasm out.
Dr. Nesbitt?
Dr. Nesbitt?
You want me to check your heart?
Dr. Nesbitt, just relax.
Relax.
Okay.
Now, you have a chicken heart, Dr. Nesbitt,
so I'm not quite sure how the beating should be.
It seems quite quick. Dr. Nesbitt, take a deep breath. Ready? Take a deep breath.
Good job, Dr. Nesbitt. Now release your breath. It's okay.
Dr. Nesbitt, I'm noticing to your heart you had a cup of coffee.
Is that what it is? You had too much coffee this morning.
You had an espresso and you had your blood removed.
I told you a chocolate chip cookie is what you needed after your blood test.
A chocolate chip cookie?
Yes, Dr. Nesbitt?
You see your heart seems okay.
You seem to be doing better.
Dr. Nesbitt, give me that.
Dr. Nesbitt?
Give me that back.
Dr. Nesbitt?
Wait a minute.
Dr. Jaro?
Yes, yes, sorry about that.
Yeah, I'm here with Dr. Nesbitt.
He's checking his heart and his pulse again.
Yes, his heart rate.
Uh-huh.
Okay.
Okay, we have patients to contend with today.
Dr. Nesbitt, what would you like to do with all these blood vials?
You like this one?
Dr. Nesbitt, you can't take that with you.
Dr. Nesbitt?
Dr. Nesbitt wants to take this blood vial back and he wants to analyze it himself.
Okay.
I think we had enough.
I think we
Dr. Nesbitt
I think you need a nightcap
Dr. Nesbitt you've had enough
Is it happy hour
Dr. Nesbitt before you go into
Surgery tomorrow try not to drink as much
Please
Okay
Dr. Nesbitt's a board certified psychiatrist
I always want to tell everybody
He's a board certified psychiatrist
And a surgeon
A board certified surgeon
Okay well
we have to go.
Okay, Dr. Nesbitt, I will see you later.
Yes. Okay.
We're live right now.
We're talking about the healing process today.
And the thing is with the healing process, there's something very important to know.
And one of those things is that we can do, even if we do the right things,
we can accidentally or be told to do the wrong things.
And when that happens, we can get set back, especially if we're really sick.
So if you're somebody that's been really sick, you're on Mattress Island for a long time, you're not well, it's easy to get triggered, triggered by the wrong things, things that don't help.
And we have to remember that it's a critical part of the healing process.
Because the healing process is more than just doing the good stuff.
The healing process also depends on how much of the bad stuff we've been doing.
Yet someone might not know it's bad.
So one of the big things that stops people from healing is coffee enemas.
That's one thing right there.
Coffee enemas can set somebody back a year in their healing, depending on what's wrong with them.
Another thing that could set people back is too much blood drawn.
Empty with spirit, good to see you.
Dr. Fon, it's too much blood drawn.
So there's a way to get blood tests in a very good way.
You can get them done right.
I believe in blood tests.
I believe in seeing your doctor.
Of course, that's what I tell people to do.
See your doctor.
But there's also ways to actually protect yourself and ask your doctor, like, do I need 10 vials of blood today? Can you just do some tests and do two vials? Or can you give me four half vials?
because it's critical because we lose our immune system
when we get all this blood drawn.
And that could set people back for six months in their healing process.
Sometimes it could set them back where they're in bed for a year.
And then you go to a specialist and you're sicker and now you're sicker.
So then you get more blood drawn and then you get more blood drawn.
So this vicious cycle happens, this catch-22, this vicious cycle
where we're losing our immune system.
People who already have low immune systems because they're sick
and they don't feel well.
They have a diagnosis of autoimmune.
They got aches and pains and tingles and numbness
and ticks and spasms and brain fog and migraines
and everything else.
And they're struggling already.
So that's lemon balm tea with honey.
So what happens is that when we get our blood drawn,
it removes our white count, our immune cells,
a big hunk of them.
Our bone marrow has to produce more of them.
And if we're already in a weakened state, it could take three to six months to produce those immune cells to come back again.
And as all that's happening, the reason why we're sick is because of bugs like the shingles and the Epstein-Barr and cytomegalovirus and HHV6 and HHV7 and streptococcus.
And these things rise up.
So there's safe ways of getting our blood tested.
Check out Medical Media Podcast at Apple Podcasts, the blood draw episode.
And then there's things like coffee enemas.
Go do a coffee enema.
No.
Coffee enemas lower the immune system substantially.
And they shock the nervous system.
Coffee going down this way is a lot different than coffee going up that way.
Because coffee going up that way, literally, there's nothing to buffer it.
So it goes straight to the nerves.
Straight to the vagus nerves.
Straight to the vagus nerves.
So that's what happens right there.
So we're talking about the healing process,
and we're going to talk about three steps up, two steps back, too.
So you just hang in there for the ride because we've got a lot of good stuff to talk about.
So when we put coffee, right, into the rectum and up into our colon,
and we pump it up that way, coffee enema,
there's nothing to buffer the highly acidic nature of it and the caffeine and so what the
caffeine does is it shocks the nerves all through the gut when it shocks those nerves adrenaline
pours out of your adrenals all of this lowers the immune system and can set somebody back
so they think they're doing the right thing so they'll drink some celery juice and they're moving
forward and then they'll do coffee enema and they'll move backward. They'll drink some,
they'll do a heavy metal detox movie and start to move forward. And then they'll get 20 vials
of blood taken or 10 vials of blood taken every two months and not realize that's not the way to
do it. They move backwards. There's a way to do, on TikTok, someone's saying blood draws,
okay, blood draws are recovered after two to three days. That's what someone said on TikTok.
So blood draws, they're saying blood draws are recovered after two to three days.
Now, don't get confused on water content.
Water content.
Yes, your hydration will be restored in two to three days after your blood draw is done.
But your immune cells can take three to six months.
So on TikTok, I want you to know.
And this is, look, it's nice that you're saying, hey, look, bud, your blood gets restored in two to three days.
It's nice that you say that, but it's not accurate.
And if you're open-minded, I'm glad you're here.
You must be open-minded.
You're here.
That there's so much to learn about that.
So it takes quite a long process for your bone marrow to produce the immune cells to restore them back for what you've lost.
So your white count's gone.
you lose a hunk of your white count and they just don't reappear in two or three days.
People who are sick with autoimmune could take three months, two months to get those back,
six months to get those back. But hydration comes back if you actually hydrate you after your blood,
blood tests and everything else, that's different. But thank you for mentioning that.
okay it's misinformation but thank you for for mentioning that so i can talk about it too and
help others when we do the coffee enema we shock our nervous system our vagus nerves our frantic
nerves spinal nerves all of it we shock them lowers the immune system puts the body in crisis
puts the body in crisis so it's important to know that we can do the right things we're doing the
right stuff. We do our lemon balm tea. We drink our lemon water. We do our heavy metal detox
smoothie. We take the right B12, like we find the Vimergy B12, which is the best out there.
And we do these things. And then we also get set back with stuff. We'll get all this blood drawn.
We'll do a coffee enema. We'll drink a whole, we'll swallow a whole bunch of charcoal.
charcoal gets into the linings of the intestinal tract and colon and suffocates it so nutrients
don't pass through and then people get severely deficient so charcoal consumers because they think
it's a binder when it's not charcoal consumers end up getting severely deficient and you know
what's sad you'll get some influencers that'll be like medical medium doesn't know how to get
metals out? Really? Medical medium doesn't know how to get metals out. You need charcoal.
Oh, you just ruined a lot of people's lives, but you're not going to pay for it down the road.
You're never going to like say sorry. You're just going to tell people to do charcoal right now
because you've been taught that in your whatever place or somebody. And then what happens is all
these people get severely deficient and then everything starts to fall apart on them two,
three, four years down the road because of the charcoal they keep on taking. And then what
happens is that you're not going to get, you're not going to have to like fess up and be like,
whoops, told everybody to do charcoal on my, you know, Instagram page, right?
Pearl powder is another one. There's people out there drinking celery juice, but they're taking
pearl powder. Pearl powder scratches the intestinal linings, creating scar tissue. So pearl powder
actually aggravates and packs into the intestinal linings.
So people will be like, drinking their celery juice.
They're 25 years old.
I'll drink some celery juice, and I'll take some B12,
and I'll take some zinc, and then I'll sell a pearl powder,
and I'll make sure, you know, you guys, pearl powder,
pearl powder does everything for your skin.
It does everything for your face and body.
Pearl powder.
It's like, pearl powder?
Oh, my God.
Let me get some.
And then what happens is the pearl powder is insanely scratchy and it actually packs on the linings of the intestinal tract colon and it sits in there and it pockets in there and it causes intestinal lining damage.
So all these things, like I could go on all day about all these different things, right?
Let's talk about one other thing too, like an alkaline ionizer water machine.
I keep on forewarning people and I've done it for years.
you drink too much of that stuff and you will end up with a neurological problem because of the metal
particles that come off the plates, right? But you'll get people, they're drinking celery juice,
they're getting rid of dairy, they remove their eggs, they're learning how to get metals out,
maybe they'll get the right kind of barley grass juice powder or something, and they're getting
metals out, but then they're putting all these metals back in them and then some, and then down
the road they pay the price. Healing is not just about, which I'm going to talk about, like knowing
what's wrong and knowing what to do. It's also knowing what to look out for and the traps.
We have to be careful. So let's talk about three steps up, two steps back, right? Yeah.
So here's how it works with the trendy stuff too, right? Fulvic acid and zeolite and pearl powder
and charcoal. Here's how it works. The companies get all these people on board
to talk about it and sell it.
So that there's so many people
talking about it and selling all this stuff,
right,
that you couldn't help somebody if you wanted to.
Because if I say,
hey, you've got to look out for this, this, and this,
there'll be a thousand bots
about, no, no, do this one.
No, do my pearl powder.
No, do my, do my,
it's like, it's hard to battle that, right?
Yeah.
So it's sad because, so what I'm trying to say is, there's like a serious conflict out there.
People actually trying to heal that are really sick.
And all these people trying to push things on them that doesn't work.
And then it does this thing where here you are, you're about to go uphill.
You're about to actually go uphill.
You're about to climb the steps.
You're healing.
And then at the same time, you're putting stuff in you that's tipping the scale.
And it's tipping the scale the other way.
sometimes could skip the scale so far the other way that you go down.
Or it can stop you from healing fast.
Diatomaceous earth particles, sodium bicarbonate, the sodium bicarbonate trap.
Fulvic mineral trap, fulvic humic mineral trap.
Zeolite trap that's happening now.
Pearl powder trap, right?
Chlorella trap.
Okay, the list goes on.
And so you got all these traps set and here you are. You don't know it, but you can do so much better. The apple cider vinegar trap. You can do so much better because you really are about to do better. But all this other stuff is holding you down and keeping you down. See how it works, you guys? That's how sad it is. How sad. It's so sad.
And then the scale can get tipped the wrong way, the opposite way.
Details matter to healing, right?
In order to move the needle and to really get out of that sick process and to get out of the woods,
you've got to watch out.
You don't step on that bear trap and that cage crushes your ankle and your bones and starts to dig in there.
And you're stuck in the woods for five more years because you've been tricked because the bear traps are set everywhere.
You see the light.
You can see the end of the woods.
And you can see there might even be beautiful green grass, right?
Beautiful fields, open fields and sunlight.
but you're trapped with all the poisonous mushrooms and you're trapped in the woods with the snakes
and you're stuck there in a trap and you can't get to the other side. You almost can, you almost
were gonna and you didn't. And so here's another thing. No, I'm not an MMS fan at all. Another
thing is that, so what people don't realize, so then they'll say, well, you know what? I like
medical medium tools. I'm going to start taking my zinc. I'm going to start taking my B12.
I'm going to start getting metals out. And then they start getting a little better because this
stuff is so powerful. They don't know the pearl powder, the diatomaceous earth particle, the
sodium bicarbonate, the charcoals, the pearl powder, the fulvic minerals, the shilajit. Now
when I say shilajit, everybody freaks out. Just so you know, if you take away all the good stuff
you do for yourself that is good. And you just rely on Shilajit. Watch yourself go downhill
because I watched it for years. Because years ago, people who took Shilajit
weren't doing all the good stuff out there. They weren't taking zinc. They weren't doing good stuff.
They would try the Shilajit because they were so sick and be like, I'm even sicker.
Back and sitting in my cupboard for another year or two. And so people don't realize,
they don't realize that we do things that aren't making us better, but then we are doing some
stuff that is making us better. And the key to healing to the finish line is to know the
difference right there, is to know what's holding you back and what's not. This is critical.
I'll hear somebody be like, you know what? I'm doing your stuff, AW. I'm not getting better.
And then I ask, well, what else are you doing? It's like, well, I do my alkaline water. And I'm
Like, God, you're doing your poisonous ionizer, alkaline ionizer, water machine.
You're doing your water machine, and you're getting all the metal plates are corroding,
and you're sitting here not getting better, and you're blaming your zinc.
It's like you're blaming your medical medium stuff.
And the same thing.
Oh, I did my sodium bicarbonate.
Yeah, I saw something on sodium bicarbonate.
There's a whole bunch of research on it.
Oh, really?
Stuff will rip your guts to shreds.
and you'll just be, you'll be doing good stuff, but the bad stuff is going to be doing this to
your scale. So your scale is going to be doing this. I'm going to grab that scale right over
there too. So you literally, you're going to be doing this. So, so here's how it works. Okay.
That's our life right there.
There it is.
Right?
You do something good.
Maybe you get the right B12.
You finally find the right B12 after all these years but didn't know it.
You find a high quality methylcobalamin, adiosylcobalamin B12.
And you're taking it.
Nice.
Boom.
Right?
That's where you want to be.
You're healing.
That's doing it right there.
But then you're getting way too many blood draws.
Way too many blood draws.
Doctors taking a lot of blood draws.
I know the weights don't match right here.
And then we're going this way now.
But that's okay because you found the right licorice.
And man, you're doing amazing because you found the right licorice now.
Okay? So now you're doing better. But at the same time, you found yourself a whole bunch of apple cider vinegar, a whole bunch of pearl powder, and a whole bunch of other stuff as it break my scale.
So, I'm going to get a different scale. I'm going to put this on here. Then you get a whole bunch of apple cider vinegar on here.
Right? And all of a sudden, that baby's winning. And this is the game we play in life. This is why people don't heal. They're doing this game right here constantly. They're battling everything. Critical information. Right?
so and then they'll do the charcoal then they'll do the pearl powder then they'll do the fulvic
minerals then they'll do the shilajit then they'll do the sodium bicarbonate then they'll do the coffee
enema and i'm only i'm leaving out a hundred others that don't work but i'm just bringing in
those and then they'll do the apple cider vinegar and then they'll do the caffeine drinks
and yeah they could be doing something good helping them to hang in there but they got
something else bad going on. And they tip the scale the wrong way. Details matter. Someone said
great visual. Awesome. I'm going to take this off right here. I'm going to move this over.
So rehab depends on a few things. Are you doing the right stuff? Just taking out a few supplements
right here, okay? Or are you doing something that's got natural flavors in it, fillers in it,
MSG in it, citric acid in it, derived from corn, burns your stomach, burns a hole in your stomach.
Healing depends on the details. Making sure your celery juice doesn't have something added in it,
like you're not adding apple in there. You're not adding water in there and ice and squeezing
lemon. One of the most disappointing things I've seen out there was the celery juice moving was
take it off and take it off and take it off. And then a bunch of influencers somehow picked off an
idea of I'm going to squeeze lemon in it, squeeze lemon in it. And they threw so many people down
the drain with their healing process because the minute you offset the celery juice, the lemon
juice, the celery, the sodium cluster salts don't work. So now you can't fix anything.
but see it's endless endless screw-ups everywhere and endless pieces of misinformation and endless
traps some people like well i'm doing the heavy metal detox smoothie and i do it after two
tablespoons of apple straight vinegar and i'm really not seeing all the results but i'm seeing
some i just had a coffee enema oh i just had a big glass of my alkaline ionizer water machine
the water filled with metals without realizing it. And so it adds up. Healing process, when you do it
right, when you do it right, and you have the details, really important right here. So the
healing process, when you do the healing process right, get them free at the library if you want.
Amazon, they're on sale right now. These books are. Amazon lowers my books to the lowest prices
possible. I don't know why they do it, but I always say it's angelic intervention, or they
just don't want me to keep the lights on.
But I think it's not that.
I think it's angelic intervention.
That's what I believe.
I believe that somehow, someway,
angels intervened and made Amazon
make these books so inexpensive,
it's ridiculous, cost more to print them.
But regardless of that,
get them free at the library.
The point is when you follow the details
and you do them right
and you know how to do them,
even if it's just some,
and you look out for the troublemakers
and you look out for those, those traps, right?
Then you go up, up, up.
This symptom's gone.
That symptom's gone.
This symptom's gone.
Dizziness is gone.
Ringing's getting a little bit better.
Spasms aren't as much.
Spasms on my arms aren't as much.
Everything's getting better.
Everything's getting better.
And then, whoop!
You do too much and then you go back a step.
but you're still better than where you were to start with.
And the reason why you went back a step
if you're doing everything right
is because you did more.
I'm starting to feel better.
I could get out of bed.
I could take a walk.
I could do like this little dance for a second.
I can go and talk to some friends.
I could hang out over here.
I could go to the store.
I went to the store twice today.
And then you go back a click.
Yeah, the humic and fulvic trap?
Yeah, it's a trap.
And I have nothing to gain or lose from telling you that.
Well, you have something to lose or gain by me telling you that.
And it's your healing process.
The speed in which you heal.
And that goes with all the things I'm saying, right?
But you do the three steps up, then the five steps up,
then the seven steps up, then the nine steps up,
and now you're nine steps up.
And then you go out to a party or hang out at a friend's house.
You go on the beach.
You're in the sun.
You're walking more.
You take a bike ride.
And then because you're doing more, you're even working, you're on the phone now talking to people all day.
And then, boom, you have a bad day because you did so much.
And now instead of nine steps up, you went back two steps.
but you're still that many steps higher than when you started.
And then it's rehab.
You're rehabbing.
And then you're up two more steps.
Then you're up three more steps.
Then you're up five more steps.
And then it's again.
And then, boom, you go back down a step.
That's how the healing process works when you're doing things right.
When you're doing things wrong,
because of all the traps out there and the marketing traps
and everything else that's out there,
you can get set back.
Right, Elevate, Evolve, and Energize?
Good to see you, by the way.
Awesome, you're here.
You can get set back with the wrong things.
Too much blood drawn.
Doing your apple cider vinegar chewies.
Buying a celery juice on the store shelf that's HPP,
high pressure pasteurization, which doesn't work.

On Telegram, I'm going to start leaving some more exclusive messages.
So, I just want to say, right?
We tend to overexert ourselves as we're healing and we go back a step, but it's okay because if we do the right things, we rehab and we go even further. So we go back up to that step and pass it and pass it and we go back another step that we go up past it again.
and we look at, we know what to look out for
and to be cautious on some of the things that set us back
and we do the things that actually move us forward quick.
That combination right there is what does it
and that's how we heal.
We learn the information,
we get the details of why we're sick,
we learn the protocols
and then you take one step at a time,
even if it's a little bit,
little bit, one step at a time
and we go uphill.
you guys I love you much and I can't wait to see again I just wanted to talk to you about
the healing process a little bit we're going to do more in the healing process because I don't
think I scratched the surface a lot more to do and I love you guys and it's good to see you guys
and I'll see you next time God bless you
